What’s On This Blog, Again??
Welcome to Denver Dress Up! Your local connection to Denver designers and fashion events. In this inaugural post I hope I am able to give all of you a semi-clear vision for what I hope this blog will become. Actually, let’s scratch that. This all came about when my friend Laura told me she would throw me a party if I started a fashion blog (who can pass that up!?). First of all, don’t worry; I will not be posting a daily picture of my outfit because you would be seeing the same four pair of pants every week with baby spit-up or toddler boogers on everything. What will be on here are features of local designers in Denver and other cities I may visit, local and handmade fashion goods , updates on what’s happening in the Denver fashion scene (I’ll try my best to stay plugged in and up to date!), and maybe some art and music along the way. I have some great ideas, now it is just a matter of doing some serious meet-and-greets and finding the best gems in Denver!
It should be a fun ride! Since we are just starting out, feel free to send any suggestions my way. I’m open to criticism…unless you are telling me I rock too many polka dots.
